Black2Africa shares community information about remembrance gatherings, fan events, support resources, and participation options. These terms explain how to use this site, especially the community calendar and any third-party event listings.
1. When an Event Is Ours and When It Is Not
Unless a page or post clearly says Hosted by Black2Africa or uses similar language, the event is not organized, sponsored, controlled, or managed by Black2Africa or XXYYZZ Society LLC. Community calendar listings are shared to help fans discover public events more easily and get the word out faster.
2. Third-Party Event Disclaimer
When we link to a fan event, Facebook post, fundraiser, venue page, ticket page, YouTube stream, or other outside source, the original organizer is responsible for that event’s schedule, admission, livestreams, fundraising, accessibility, safety, cancellations, and any last-minute changes.
3. Verify Before You Travel, Pay, or Donate
Dates, locations, prices, links, and organizer details can change. Before you spend money, book travel, donate, or rely on a listing, verify the current information with the original organizer or official source page.
4. No Ticketing, Resale, or Payment Guarantee
Black2Africa is not a ticket seller, reseller, booking agent, payment processor, or donation escrow service for third-party events unless we explicitly say otherwise on the page. We do not guarantee access, refunds, seat availability, livestream quality, or organizer follow-through for outside events.
5. External Links
This site may link to Facebook, GoFundMe, YouTube, Zoom, ticketing pages, organizers, and other third-party websites. Those sites have their own rules, privacy practices, and uptime. We provide those links for convenience and community awareness only.
6. Community-Submitted Listings
If you send us an event to share, you confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, the details are accurate and that you have the right to share the basic event information and public links with us.
7. Corrections and Removal Requests
If you are an organizer or rights holder and want a listing corrected, updated, or removed, contact us with the page link and the reason for the request. We may edit or remove third-party listings at our discretion.
