Operating status

What is live and what stays protected.

Black2Africa is operating as a reviewed public network with private owner-controlled workflows. This page keeps the product boundary clear for partners, sponsors, founders, and internal review.

Live public surfaces

Discovery is open.

Homepage, opportunities, directory, resources, events, join, login, public sponsor interest, and public Auntie AI education are live public routes.

Public routes are reviewed surfaces. They should not expose private contact details, private IP records, portal credentials, or owner packet files.

Controlled beta

Accounts and services are review-first.

Dashboard, saved items, profile review, lead handling, safe introductions, and Auntie AI service operations have controlled proof receipts and remain review-first as usage grows.

No public listing, introduction, filing-credit decision, professional referral, or owner service milestone should be treated as automatic.

Protected desk

Auntie AI stays private.

My IP Desk routes users into a logged-in dashboard tab for encrypted packet records, owner review, portal handoff status, evidence, receipts, and service notes.

Auntie AI does not submit, sign, pay, store official portal credentials, bypass MFA, make legal declarations, publish to KDP, or guarantee registration or protection.

Revenue

Public monetization is configured, not guaranteed.

Public discovery pages can carry approved AdSense, sponsor, or house placements. Sensitive lead forms, login surfaces, My IP Desk, and owner workflows stay ad-free.

Ad estimates and sponsor interest are separate from verified filing credits, contracts, or paid sponsor commitments.

SEO cleanup

Retired commerce paths are gone.

Old indexed commerce-style paths such as /goods/* are not part of Black2Africa and now return 410 Gone with noindex headers.

Search Console removal is optional external SEO hygiene, not a product or launch blocker.

Operating proof

The launch proof pack is current.

Route smoke, retired-path cleanup, account proof, lead/admin review, Auntie AI fake service flow, and OAuth-start checks are documented. Ongoing work is normal operations: review submissions, refresh inventory, and repeat QA as real usage grows.
