Credit without coercion. Accountability with response.

Black2Africa Network Standards

The network rewards documented help and responds to documented harm. It does not punish poverty, privacy, disability, cultural difference, disagreement, low activity, or refusal of unpaid labor.

Contribution credits

One noncash, nontransferable credit records one confirmed act of help. Credits have no cash value, do not rank human worth, and do not determine membership.

Consent inbox

Public discovery does not expose private contacts. Introductions and sponsor proposals move only after the receiving person chooses what to do.

Report and response

Reports require a named policy area and evidence. The notified person can respond. Reported messages are reviewed only when intentionally submitted.

Human decisions

AI may organize a case but cannot score character, infer intent from identity or dialect, decide a case, or change access.

Removal threshold

Substantiated fraud, threats, doxxing, or deliberate exploitation can lead to immediate removal after human review. Other broken-trust conduct reaches removal after three substantiated cases in 12 months. One appeal is available within 30 days.

Temporary safety limits may be used during investigation. Retaliation for reporting, setting a boundary, declining work, or requesting attribution is itself reviewable conduct.
